There is a Whist Drive in Church on, Wed. July 12th 2023 at 7.30 p.m. and a
Quiz Night at The Packhorse Inn, Crowdecote, on, Thurs. July 13th 2023 at 8.30 p.m.
Events are to raise money for the restoration of the Church. Please come along, I’m sure you will have a great evening. There is also the 2 posters below, for events on July 15th and July 23rd.
This is the Commemorative bench that the Parish Council purchased, from TDP of Wirksworth, to celebrate the crowning of King Charles 111. Thank you to all involved in the siting of this bench and hope everyone will enjoy it, locals and visitors alike.
We have just been informed, that TDP, have been to Buckingham Palace, to receive the Kings Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development, from King Charles 111.
Well done to them. A great achievement.
